You have a Compact Video Cassette (CVC)

Funai and Technicolor introduced the Compact Video Cassette in 1980, together with its own player and a portable video camera. The cassettes were just a little bit bigger than a Compact Cassette. There was room for 30, 45 or 60 minutes of imagery in colour, but only with mono sound.

… that CVC was developed as an alternative for Super8 film? Because of a string of technical problems however, this format never broke through.
